We sell and deliver goods exclusively on the basis of the following conditions. By placing an order with us, you agree to these conditions. No conditions submitted or referred to by you shall apply to the contract.
1. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.
2. All goods remain the property of NORMN Hangers / Initiate Design Ltd until paid for in full.
3. Bank transfers should be sent to NORMN Hangers / Initiate Design Ltd bank account details as stipulated on the invoice.
4. Prices are strictly net and subject to VAT at the current rate where applicable.
5. All prices are ex works. Carriage charges may apply to all orders as indicated on the invoice. Orders that are manufactured overseas are subject to variation in delivery charges, which you will be informed of during the ordering process.
6. Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices must be paid in full within 15 days of invoice date.
7. Our invoices will be issued in Euros (EUR/€).
8. Orders of units below 25,000 may be grouped with other orders to make it cost-effective. This may affect manufacturing and delivery times, which will be discussed with you at the time of ordering.
9. Order may be manufactured with a total quantity variance of 5%.
10. Variations may occur in printing, board and finished quality. Internationally accepted standards of tolerance for crafted goods shall be applicable, at the rate of 3%.
11. We retain the right to make improvements and model changes in order to meet your specification requirements.
12. Delivery shortages or concerns over production quality must be notified in writing within 72 hours of delivery.
13. NORMN Hangers / Initiate Design Ltd will not be liable for any unforeseen delays in delivery.
14. In the unlikely event of a dispute arising, the seller’s liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods in question.
15. Our trading conditions and agreement are governed by English Law.
16. Our products and designs are protected by intellectual properties including patents, registered designs and trademarks. Any reproductions are prohibited.
